All our prices include shipping and GST and are shipped straight to your home or workplace with FEDEX EXPRESS - our trusted, secure and safe delivery partner. Shipping only takes about 7-9 days. We will send your tracking number via email as soon as your sign is created. Any customers who also provide their phone number are also able to get SMS notifications.

We also ship for absolutely FREE anywhere around the world!

Your item is packaged in sturdy double bricked cardboard and bubble wrap for delivery completely tight and ultra secure. You can be assured - we have never delivered a broken or cracked neon sign! (to date!)

Our Neon Signs are all made from PVC Flexible Neon*. The Neon is strong, bright and long lasting. Designed with energy saving properties, our neon has been tried and tested time and time again with thousands of happy customers.

We have a range of colours and you can choose to have white or coloured Neon (for when the sign is turned off) Simply, let the team know or choose this option in our Design in Real Time creator tool.

Installing your sign is super easy and we provide you the options to make hanging hour sign a breeze. You sign comes with hanging chaing and premium stainless steel hooks so you have the choice of hanging it or screwing it into the wall.

As you can imagine, a lot of hard work and skill goes into designing and hand making your sign. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for 'Change of mind'. However, in the off-chance there is any physical damage with your sign once it arrives, of course we will do our best to troubleshoot the issue, and if it cannot be resolved we will send you a new one! No worries!

Yes! We do. Essentially, the more neon signs you purchase the more you can save. Especially, if all are being delivered to the same address. After you have purchased your sign we send the request to our Neon Sign designers to hand make your neon sign. If you have purchased via the "Design Your Neon Sign' real time live creator tool then we will send you a final 'mock-up' of your sign so you can see how it looks. Once approved, we start the process. It takes 2-3 days to hand make your sign. 

Once your sign is created, we quality test to ensure it works perfectly, we add your free accessories, hooks and remote dimmer control then, take a few pics and send it through to you. Shortly after this step you will receive your tracking number.
